This Is Not About Me. It’s About the Children of Gaza.

This is not about me. It never was.

This is about the innocent children of Gaza being slaughtered. The families buried beneath the rubble. The children starving while the world watches.

I've reached the point where I've had to stop watching the footage coming out of Gaza. Watching a genocide unfold before our eyes has become emotionally unbearable.

But turning away from the images doesn't mean I've forgotten what's happening. I know the suffering continues, just as so many of you do.

And like so many of you, I feel helpless. I feel frustrated. And I am extremely angry that this continues while those with the power to stop it fail to act.

Their lives matter more than my reputation, my political future, or my personal comfort.

I will not allow the controversy surrounding me to overshadow their suffering.

The children of Gaza deserve to live. They deserve a future. And they deserve more than a world that watches their suffering and does nothing.
