NEW: Georgia Election Board dumbfounded after finding out that 3,000 ballots were scanned twice in the 2020 election recount in Fulton County.

The board also revealed that 380,761 ballot images from machine count were “not available.”

Q: Does Fulton County know why there are not 380,761 ballot images from election day?

A: As with the investigators we have not been apprised of this allegation. This is the first I'm hearing about it.

General counsel for the secretary of state’s office Charlene McGowan confirmed that Fulton County broke the law in their recount.

“Fulton County used improper procedures during the recount of the presidential contest in 2020.”

Despite this, the board refused to approve further investigation.

If what the 51% want is mistaken, you just have to hope they figure it out and vote differently next time. STAR would keep both ends aggrieved against the middle. That's why it would devolve to FPTP equivalent.

If they would not rank a Green #2 when it would only count when their first choice was out of contention, why would they do it in STAR? I am not confused in the least.

@VoteWellUSA @FreedomFlash That was not my claim. My claim is that STAR can, frequently, not just with contrived numbers, elect a candidate even when another candidate is the FIRST CHOICE of the majority of voters. And this claim is true.

@VoteWellUSA @FreedomFlash How can it be "more resistant to strategy"? It tempts people to only vote for their first choice lest it elect their 2nd choice. An acceptable candidate in the middle could be everyone's 2nd choice and still win even if another candidate got an absolute majority.

BREAKING: Louisiana Supreme Court has voted to allow residents to secede from Democrat-run Baton Rouge and create their own city.

The new city, St. George, will have nearly 100,000 people, making it one of the state’s largest cities in population.

“This is the culmination of citizens exercising their constitutional rights,” Andrew Murrell, a leader of the effort to create the city, said in a statement, adding, “Now we begin the process of delivering on our promises of a better city.”
