The celebration by Stephens afterward was Bush League and he should be suspended.

Lincoln Riley said he did not see USC LB Desman Stephens celebrating after the hit that injured Dante Moore.

He was then asked why Stephens was on the sideline in the second half.

Riley: "Why? Because he's on our football team."
