He's wrong. When BIP-110 nodes begin enforcing the new rules, if the 1st block is BIP-110 compliant, both BIP-110 nodes and legacy nodes will accept it.
The 2nd block could still be a legacy block.
Legacy nodes would accept it & BIP-110 nodes would reject. The chains diverge.

BIP-110 seems to be a longshot at this point. The worst part about it is all the gaslighting and riling up the plebs when it doesn't even reduce arbitrary data. A total waste of time.

@DrJackKruse It's BIP-148 and I doubt it. You know the big pools all had meetings by now and have a meeting set up for when this goes live to make sure it goes smoothly and BIP-110 forks off.

@IfindCoretards The only way to stop this type of spam is probably rolling back taproot. Doing that would a ton of problems so you are stuck with NFTs and other "spam". Get used to it.
