@TheRealMarkLevy@USFWSRMA_Alert There are multiple units/locations. Wind direction determines which may be burned. This is the general notice and more specific locations will be provided prior.
Jeffco friends, heads up as you roll into the weekend.
We are in Stage 1 Fire Restrictions, and conditions are stacked against us right now. We’ve had very little moisture, multiple fires recently along the Front Range, and we are expecting wind with extremely dry fuels. That combo can turn one small mistake into a fast-moving wildfire.
No outdoor fires. Period.
Reminders:
• Dispose of fireplace ashes properly, and only after they are fully cold
• Check vehicle chains so they are secure and not dragging
• Put cigarettes out completely and never toss them on the ground or out a window
Have fun. Be safe. Protect Jeffco.

A Red Flag Warning is in effect Tuesday for all of the I-25 corridor and eastern plains. Mild, dry, and very wind conditions will lead to critical fire weather conditions during the day. Stay safe! Avoid any outdoor activities that could cause a spark #cowx
