IFI Foundation, in collaboration with U.N. (Autonomous) College of Science & Technology, Adaspur, brought together bright young minds, educators, and health experts to ignite a powerful movement against one of the world’s most silent yet devastating health threats—#BrainStroke. Over 200 students and faculty pledged as #StrokeSpotters during the #SpotStrokeSaveLives, IFI Stroke Initiative’s collective youth health awareness programme.
By equipping participants with the knowledge for prevention and management of the condition in identifying early warning signs, responding swiftly, and promoting timely diagnosis, we are committed to building youth as catalysts who don't just react to stroke—but actively work to stop it before it strikes.
For the 4th year in a row, this six-month-long campaign, which kicked off from #WorldHealthDay on April 7, 2026, will continue till #WorldStrokeDay, October 29, 2026, creating widespread public health awareness and community-level change in fighting against this silent killer in #Odisha and beyond. We extend our gratitude to all participants and partners in continuing to take forward this shared responsibility to the next level.
IFI calls upon every young individual to rise as a changemaker and become a stroke spotter. Together, we can turn knowledge into power, action into impact, and vision into reality—moving closer, step by step, toward a stroke-free world.
