@tkenerson_ I wanted to jump in at one of the companies as a starter and get into the industry circle. I have been chasing the director for six months, twice a month, for a chance to volunteer. And of course, he could not say NO at the end.

We went from outsourcing to a mix of outsourcing and product.
"A" players seniors can do as much as 3 "B" players seniors and also more juniors.
Just, seniors got bored with simple tasks.
Blending them is better def.
