Participation in learning depends invisibly on networks of community facilities & amenities which people use to support childcare, social interaction, and income-generation. These networks are much more fragile/inaccessible than in the past: many of them rely on public funding

Our FE Colleges are incredibly important to our communities as agents of cultural and economic change. Put them back under the stewardship of local authorities.
