@bansalnavya1 @zingbushelpdesk I would also like to add to this I have the same concern the notification which are being termed to be sent “a day before” were sent after realising the seats are not filled in the cab so they canceled it at their convenience and now don’t even issue refund.

@zingbushelpdesk I want it to bring it to your notice of modification was not given a day before but at 9:00 PM at night and not everyone who is planning to travel early in the morning checks their notifications. If there had been a call, I would have appreciated. I would request to issue refund.

@RailwaySeva I raised the concern but they dis not provide any constructive solution but just mere acknowledgment of the issue. I do not understand why does nobody want’s to support the customer. We spend our hard earned money and time and get nothing in return.

It’s not the first time they have cancelled the cabs or buses only hours before the boarding as they know that not enough people have purchased the tickets. They lie to your face saying “operational issue” and does not even reschedule or refund your money. #disappointedcustomer

@zingbushelpdesk Like many times before My cab was rescheduled without my consent and I missed the cab there was no communication through mail or call just a mere WhatsApp message which can easily be ignored as promotional message. After this I receive no support from Zingbus

@IRCTCofficial train no 12190 is delayed from its source station by 1 hr 50 min. The staff is having lunch in the name of cleaning the train.
