I was in school when the Obama regime murdered civilians at a wedding in Yemen. More than a decade later the same is being done in Iran. Nothing’s changed but the face of the emperor.
In 2014, while serving as the senior prefect of Rosary High School, Awgu, in Enugu State, Mr. Peter Obi visited the school. He spotted me and believed in my visions even as a teenager after I delivered a public speech. He further supported those visions of mine with a scholarship. Worthy to note is that I attended school in Enugu State, not even Anambra State, where he served as a governor.
Today, I believe in his vision of becoming the next president of Nigeria. I have got my PVC ready and would certainly go out to vote for him.
Nigeria will be great again!

THE SHEHU BUBA FILE: HOW MANY BANDITRY ALLEGATIONS DOES IT TAKE BEFORE NIGERIA DEMANDS ANSWERS?
This story is far bigger than one viral video.
In September 2024, Bauchi Governor Bala Mohammed wrote directly to President Tinubu alleging that Senator Shehu Buba's activities suggested complicity in “supporting, enabling and empowering bandits.”
Why?
According to the governor's letter, DSS operatives had sought the passport of Abubakar Idris, a man reportedly suspected of banditry and kidnapping in Zamfara.
Idris was subsequently detained by the DSS.
Then came the disturbing connection:
Records at the Bauchi pilgrims board reportedly showed that Idris had been registered for the 2024 Hajj through Yahaya Ibrahim, identified as a senior legislative aide to Senator Buba.
Buba did not deny that Idris was among people sponsored for pilgrimage. His defence was that beneficiaries were recommended by community, religious and traditional leaders and that he had no knowledge that Idris was allegedly involved in criminality.
Fair enough.
But the questions didn't disappear.
*Reports subsequently claimed that the DSS (@OfficialDSSNG)was investigating the matter and that a security report concerning the senator had been forwarded to the Presidency.*
Civil-society organisations began demanding that the DSS publish its findings.
Another organisation even petitioned the US Consulate, asking that the terrorism-related allegations surrounding the senator be investigated.
Then something even more extraordinary happened.
*In 2025, lawyer Ahmed Abdulrahman publicly linked Buba to sponsorship of banditry and called for his investigation.
What followed?
Abdulrahman and four others were arrested, arraigned at the Federal High Court and initially remanded.*
Read that again.
A lawyer called for a senator to be investigated over banditry allegations, and subsequently found himself facing criminal prosecution over statements concerning the senator.
Buba vehemently denied the allegations and described the campaign against him as defamatory.
And perhaps the most uncomfortable part?
At the time these allegations were hanging over him, Senator Shehu Buba chaired the Senate Committee on National Security and Intelligence.
The very committee positioned at the heart of parliamentary oversight of Nigeria's intelligence and counterterrorism architecture.
Premium Times later reported something Nigerians should find extraordinary:
The Senate never investigated the banditry allegations against him.
Buba was eventually removed as chairman of the National Security and Intelligence Committee in November 2025, with reports attributing the reshuffle to alleged oversight lapses.
There is also a question that refuses to die:
If a sitting governor could write the President over allegations this grave…
If a suspected bandit connected to the Hajj sponsorship controversy could reportedly end up in DSS custody…
If civil-society organisations could demand publication of an alleged DSS investigation…
If people publicly repeating the allegations could end up arrested and prosecuted…
WHERE IS THE DEFINITIVE INVESTIGATION THAT EITHER CLEARS SHEHU BUBA OR HOLDS HIM ACCOUNTABLE?
Nigeria cannot fight terrorism selectively.
If allegations involve an ordinary Nigerian, security agencies move.
When allegations touch politically exposed persons, Nigerians deserve the same urgency, not silence.
Investigate.
Publish the findings.
Clear the man completely if the allegations are false.
But if evidence exists, follow it wherever it leads.
National security cannot have sacred cows.
It is really hard bro

My first Uber ride in Nigeria in 2014 was in a 2011 Honda Accord.
It was N400. Short trip.
That was $2.40 at the time.
My most expensive Uber ride that year was just a little above N4,000.
About $24.
Anybody who did 10 such trips in a day made a minimum of $240.
With fuel at N97 and 25% platform fee, profit daily was at least $150 before bonuses.
That’s $900-$1,000 profit in a week.
$3,600-$4,000 in a month.
For context, a brand new 2014 Kia Optima or Hyundai Sonata was N5m. And you could pay over 5yrs.
Thats a monthly fee of $490.
Much lower for Cerato or Elantra—about $300-$350.
So with less than a week’s profit from Uber you had your brand new same year sedan monthly financing sorted.
Meanwhile a clean 2010 Corolla was 1.5m.
So paying $370 monthly, you cover the cost of buying it in 2yrs.
Leaving a profit of well over $3,000 monthly to split between you and the owner, and you take the car after 2yrs.
Now you understand why so many middle class people were buying clean cars and putting them on the road as Uber.
Now you understand why they can drinks and sweets and were so clean.
Some were even top cars like Benzes and Highlanders.
And everyone wants to suddenly act like going from buying fuel at less than N100 when the minimum wage could buy 3 bags of rice to buying fuel at N,1500 when the minimum wage can barely buy one bag, and when the cost of the same 2010 Corolla despite going from being a 4yr old car to a 16yr old car is x5 the cost it was when it was a 4yr old car, would not torpedo the entire business model.
If Uber were making N200M MONTHLY in 2014, they were making FAR MORE THEN than if they are making N200M WEEKLY TODAY.
N200M a month then—$1.2M monthly.
N200M a week now—$571K monthly.
A few days ago, Dr. Von Batten received unsolicited offers of $3 million, along with an invitation to a confidential meeting in London, from a highly placed individual whom we have been informed is connected to Nigerian President Bola Tinubu (@officialABAT). We believe these offers were an attempt to persuade Dr. Von Batten to end our campaign concerning President #Tinubu’s alleged heroin-trafficking records.
Dr. Von Batten refused the offers, immediately preserved copies of the exchanges, and contacted members of former Nigerian Vice President @atiku’s campaign to determine the nature of the individual’s relationship with President #Tinubu. Shortly after the refusals, a smear campaign against Dr. Von Batten began. We will be providing the $3 million offer and related communications to the our friends at @TheJusticeDept and @FBI to protect our reputation and allow the appropriate authorities to review the matter.
We have a simple message for President Bola #Tinubu, the @OfficialAPCNg, and their associates: Thank you for the offer, but no thanks.

Lol. You won’t believe me but you don’t have to be Nepo to have this. You can get a used bush plane for the price of a new SUV. A Rec pilot license should take about 6 months to get full time & you’re good.
The main reason Uber , ShopRite and co are leaving is mainly due to the inability of customers to afford these things , purchasing power is at an all time low.
This present Government has failed everyone, in a sane society , they shouldn’t get up to 1m votes nationwide
Pay attention to how propaganda is cobstructed:
The US just deliberately bombed an Iranian wedding party, but somehow the BBC has managed to make Iran sound like the aggressor.
Growing up my father bought live turtle at onu-imo while we were traveling to Aba, Police stopped us, one pointed at it & said “hope no be person be this” with a serious look on his face, he then called his colleagues over, wallahi even as a child I wondered if he was normal.
