Ooops. Could make @washyfc v @DurhamCity_AFC an interesting fixture next season. Why would Washington want to play 11 miles away out of choice though. That’s like Shields moving to Blyth 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

[Washington FC @washyfc]

Next Season the Club will be playing at New Ferens Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for the Club to play their home games for the up coming season.

[An Ultra on the Edge @UltraOnTheEdge]

@toon_mentalist Ill be there Steve. Probably only game I’ll make during pre-season as not much excitement over the other games TBH.

[An Ultra on the Edge @UltraOnTheEdge]

Huge congratulations to @NorthallertonFC on their promotion to @theofficialnl Division One. Look forward to our tussles again this season. And you can still stick your Yorkshire Puddings somewhere! 😂😂👍🏻

[An Ultra on the Edge @UltraOnTheEdge]

@intercity69 @SundaySunSport @theofficialnl If it’s extending a players contract then I think it’s permitted. But I believe it’s correct that non-contract players can’t be signed quite yet.

[An Ultra on the Edge @UltraOnTheEdge]

@theyellows Well done Yellows. 👍🏻

[An Ultra on the Edge @UltraOnTheEdge]

@MarkCarruthers_ Trying to dig himself out of a hole as fans from @GatesheadFCSoul aren’t standing for his crap. The club is nothing without the fans.

Surely a bit harsh @anthwoodhouse on a player who didn’t get a lot of game time. I’m not sure this rule has been vigorously enforced in the past. Just a shame for the young lad I guess.

@Broonheed1 @LinnetsUpdates @evostikleague @MarkCarruthers_ The @evostikleague has no interest in helping clubs in our patch and neither do the @FA for that matter. We must take our punishment like naughty children.

@Joey7Barton You are a lying little scouse tramp. The sooner you, a complete wank stain on the fabric of Football, are sent packing the better. #YouKnowWhatYouDid #AlwaysAVictim

50 YEARS AGO TODAY |

On this day, 50 years ago North Shields FC lifted the FA Amateur Cup after beating Sutton United 2-1 in front of 47,000 spectators at Wembley Stadium. Shields were a goal down after only four minutes but won with second half strikes from Hall and Joicey!

[An Ultra on the Edge @UltraOnTheEdge]

Definitely not a hat trick mind. 2nd goal was a cross turned into the net by the Whitley defender.

🔵⚪️ THREE OF THE BEST 🔥

Here are Newcastle Benfield's three goals from their @theofficialnl Cup semi-final victory over @WhitleyBayFC, with @DennisKnight39 netting a hat-trick as the Lions reached their first cup final in 6⃣ years.

@PLComms These sentences are harsh. Some criminals only get as much for rape, and you’d get less for dealing outside a school.

@jordancronin_ @thenewsguardian @JPIMediaLtd Nope had been out and came home to it.

[An Ultra on the Edge @UltraOnTheEdge]

Sorry @thenewsguardian @JPIMediaLtd this is not an acceptable way to deliver free newspapers. Half hanging out tells people that no one is home! 😡
