Saturated soils (we have plenty this year) can lead to diseased soybean roots and stems.
Wilting plants with discolored lower stems found on a field edge are not always disease. Check for soybean gall midge beneath the outer stem.

Ants have been herding and tending soybean aphids for thier honeydew at the SWROC near Lamberton,MN. There are nymphs with wingpads, and at least one predator here.
After the 4th, you might want to start getting an idea of aphids in your area.
