IRANIANS VOTE (NO CONFIDENCE)

IranUnchained is proud to announce the launch of “Iranians Vote”—a new app to allow Iranians to protest with a “Vote of NO CONFIDENCE” in both the Islamic Republic and their illegitimate elections.

We support our fellow Iranian dissidents plan to boycott the upcoming Islamic Republic elections on Friday, June 28th in protest—and we hope to provide them one more way of expressing their dissent—through a vote of NO CONFIDENCE!

Developed by @TransCF with support from IranUnchained, Iranians Vote uses Zero-Knowledge cryptography & the blockchain technology to ensure citizens can verify their eligibility to vote without compromising their anonymity or being traced.

The app is a fork of the open source incognito voting solution https://t.co/0VLgLomujM developed by @Rarimo_protocol.

It was first used by the Russian Opposition in a referendum challenging Putin’s inauguration: https://t.co/h9K1kFig0I

With Iranians Vote, users prove they are eligible to vote by scanning their biometric passports with their phones. The data on the biometric chip inside the passport is verified, and upon confirming authenticity, an anonymous voting pass for polls on the app is issued.

The app uses Zero-Knowledge cryptography to break any link between the issued voting pass and passport data. The passport data itself never leaves the mobile device used for scanning, meaning that it never passes through a server, and that there are no points where it could be intercepted.

Votes are published directly onto @gnosischain where they are tamper-proof.

Freedom Tool solves a long-standing technical challenge: how to prove voter eligibility while also preserving anonymity. اپلیکیشن «ایرانیان رای می‌دهند» با الهام از Freedom Tool راه‌اندازی می‌شود!

تیم توسعه‌دهنده‌ی اپلیکیشن «ایرانیان رای می‌دهند» اعلام کرده است که به زودی این اپلیکیشن را برای مردم ایران راه‌اندازی خواهند کرد تا به کمک آن نارضایتی خود را از انتخابات ریاست‌جمهوری پیش‌رو نشان دهند.

این اپلیکیشن الهام گرفته از «Freedom Tool»، اپلیکیشنی است که توسط توسعه‌دهندگان و فعالان اوکراینی ساخته شده است و به مردم اجازه می‌دهد با استفاده از گذرنامه‌ی خود در آن ثبت‌نام کرده و بدون افشای هویت‌شان رای دهند.

تیم توسعه‌دهنده‌ی «ایرانیان رای می‌دهند» که متشکل از نمایندگان @UnchainIran و .TCF e.V @TransCF است، هدف خود را برگزاری یک «رای عدم اعتماد» در قالب یک همه‌پرسی برای اعتراض به انتخابات ریاست‌جمهوری ایران و عملکرد حکومت اسلامی در این کشور اعلام کرده‌اند. آن‌ها معتقدند که این اقدام می‌تواند نمایش قدرتمندی از مخالفت ایرانیان با انتخابات نامشروع ریاست‌جمهوری باشد.

برای تحقق این هدف، تیم توسعه‌دهنده اعلام کرده است که کارهای فنی برای راه‌اندازی این اپلیکیشن را در ۳۶ ساعت آینده به پایان می‌رسانند تا صبح جمعه ۸ تیر ماه در دسترس عموم قرار گیرد. آن‌ها همچنین اعلام کرده‌اند که از ممیزی‌های امنیتی خارجی در بخش‌های مختلف سیستم خود استفاده کرده‌اند و اطلاعات کاربران را با استفاده از تکنولوژی Zero-Knowledge Proofs محافظت خواهند کرد.
توسعه‌دهندگان تا امروز چهار ممیزی امنیتی خارجی در بخش‌های مختلف سیستم خود داشته‌اند:

•Zero-Knowledge Cryptography
•قراردادهای هوشمند رای‌گیری اتریوم
•اپلیکیشن موبایل
•خدمات backend

این ممیزی‌های بی‌طرف خارجی ضمن تایید ادعای سازندگان، تصریح می‌کنند که طی رای دهی، هیچ اطلاعات شخصی از رای‌دهندگان یا از موبایل‌هایشان در دسترس هیچ نفر سومی قرار نخواهد گرفت.

همچنین عملکرد قراردادهای هوشمند مرتبط با این اپلیکیشن، به گونه‌ای طراحی شده که حتی هیچ اطلاعاتی در دسترس توسعه‌دهندگان و گردانندگان اپلیکیشن نیز نخواهد بود. از همین رو رای‌دهندگان می‌توانند بی‌هیچ نگرانی، بابت افشای اطلاعات‌شان در این برنامه شرکت کنند.

در نهایت، تیم توسعه‌دهنده از تمام ایرانیان دعوت کرده‌اند تا با استفاده از این اپلیکیشن در همه‌پرسی شرکت کرده و توان سیاسی خود را به نمایش بگذارند.
