@TfL The step-free alternative (the elevator) wasn’t working either. And the escalator has been out of action for at least three days. And this is not the first time in the last couple of months. It’s totally unacceptable.

@TfL The Tottenham Court Road escalator to the Central Line is not working, AGAIN. This is not the first time & it’s been 3 days. Nor is the elevator. I’m disabled and had to drag my bag up a motionless escalator. Fell near the top. Had to be picked up off floor. UNACCEPTABLE.
