1000 culprits can escape, but, one innocent person should not be punished. But, in National Cyber Crime Reporting system, many innocent people are getting punished as their accounts are frozen, money is blocked even though they don't commit any fraud, they are at layer2/3/4/5 and receive money for their online product/services. THIS INVESTIGATION MECHANISM fails to catch even ONE CULPRIT but punishes a dozen innocent people by freezing their accounts. Many unresolved cases are pending for more than 6 months. Innocent people are suffering. This is violation of IPC. This is financial police brutality. This is against democracy. This is killing online businesses of small businessmen. This is killing economy. This is killing digital India dream. In any online transaction investigation, one week is enough to gather information about people at layer2/3/4/5, and their accounts and money must be unblocked after a week if no evidence is found against them. In the quest of SHOW OFF OF CURBING ONLINE FRAUD, BJP has made foolish decisions. THEN DEMONETIZATION didn't bring any black money. Now PUNISHING innocent people at layer2/3/4/5 in cyber fraud will not bring any DEFRAUDED MONEY. Mr @AmitShah wants to boast this as a success, but the reality is, he is cruelly punishing innocent people and killing their businesses, killing their peace, obstructing their progress. Even my several amounts have been marked lien for 6 months (I will post details of all such transactions tonight), and no investigation ever started despite my rigorous attempts to contact particular cyber police stations, designated IGs and SPs. They just mark lien and show home ministry that they are doing their investigation, but they are not doing anything other than just marking lien and freezing accounts of innocent people. And, @AmitShah Shah boasts this as a success. This is the reason, BJP must lose elections. BJP makes inconsiderate decisions. Now, small businessmen are afraid of selling services/products online/digitally because no one knows what amount suddenly will be blocked or account will be frozen on what day. Innocent people affected by this stupid investigation rule should unite and file a petition in Supreme court to quash it. I am looking forward to join such people. BJP has been making foolish decisions everywhere, e.g.: misuse of CBI, misuse of Cyberpolice, misuse of every national enforcement agency.
