Every month, another heartbreak from @bankofbaroda

This time, it’s Latika, a young officer who recorded herself in tears. Humiliated. Called “extra.” Told she had no value.

She was pregnant but stress and trauma took her child. Instead of support, management forced her to resign. In her video, she said she wanted to end her life.

How many more will we lose before someone listens? This is not banking anymore, it is mental cruelty.

Bankers are breaking down silently under impossible pressure, public humiliation and toxic culture.
Transfers used as punishment.
Depression treated as an excuse.
Mental health completely ignored.

Bankers are humans, not machines.

Imagine losing your mother or rushing to the hospital for your sick child… and instead of support, your boss tells you, ‘Everyone’s mother dies, don’t be dramatic. Get back to work or I’ll mark leave without pay.’

This is not leadership, this is abuse of power.

When a Zonal Head shows zero empathy and treats officers like disposable resources, it’s not just unprofessional.... it’s inhuman.

Our banking system runs on people, not just profits. A toxic boss can break morale, mental health, and families.

It’s time to question: Do we want leaders who inspire, or dictators who suffocate?

Medical Insurance Limit

Bank Clerk - 3 Lac
Bank Offciers - 4 Lac

Limit was set in 2015, and even after 10 years this is same. With 14% Medical Inflation this must be 11 Lac and 15Lac.
