@financeguy725@Karl_Luminus Yes. I’ve used for years for four email accounts. Easily tab between, super fast and good search and email management. My whole body hurts when I end up on traditional email interface.
@ClarenceWongCRE Ideally we (survey firm) have the initial title prior to field work but yes 5-7 days minimum and for big sites sometimes need more. Then yes, often various counsel and title co have comments. Easy to end up with multiple revisions especially as title adjusts over the process.
@JulieChangRE It’s lightweight, won’t lock you in, has open source backend, common sense approach to upgrades, clean design and framework. @JohnONolan would probably share more. Downside would be if you’re limited by it idk how extensible it’d be for fully custom needs.
@MikeBotkin_ We use combo of Monday and Google Drive. Find that Drive folder structures can accomplish decent amount of document organization and good sharing routines.
@TravisBiziorek IMO no. Changing consumer behavior is ridiculously hard. By the time people understand you offer value they will likely be deeply embedded into their existing system.
@Daniel__McCarty@bcbucs13 I was confused by the dozer blade and brush guard, but I saw one of these work on a landfill and they really are purpose fit. Nice machine!
@jasonc_nc@damonhemmerding@Tesho13 With windows probably need 5’ setback (10’ total) bc of fire. Without side windows can do less. Could also offset so like 1.5’ and 5’ where neighbors end up 3’ and 10’ total with windows on one side. Would be neat.
@STLChrisH@MikeBotkin_ It’s easily the fastest way to do email. The search is excellent. Shortcuts are great and very good sync across devices / multiple accounts. Worth the subscription without question.
10 years is the upswing side of a single cycle though. 2009-2012 was surely miserable. Will present opportunities on the other side. I find your anecdotal experience super interesting, as land is one of the fastest markets to stagnate in a down market. Hope for you and me that it turns.
