@jamesonhaslam @NiklausFuller Building the crews. If you can build good crews you can do it in almost any construction industry. You get one top crew leader who you pay really well and he trains the other guys

@Jacob_Naviaux I try to buy houses that have good land value so in 10-15 years tear down and build and sell it off then. Up and coming neighborhoods or double lots. Good enough to last for now but ultimately a tear down

@Jacob_Naviaux My hvac guy has told me if you need the pump then there’s another underlying issue obviously great to have to prevent damage but have you heard something similar? Like if the pump is having to clear the pan then something else is going on

@Jacob_Naviaux @Hallz_Pass This all refers to formal work with a licensed contractor and lien law. Not verbally agreed upon subcontractor work. Since it’s subcontractor and they failed to properly do the work then don’t need to pay if hourly employees would still pay
