Hi @Tesco I get your policy, but surely common sense prevails in cases like this? Purchased a large Red Bull this morning, went outside to open it and the pull ring come off, returned to the store within 2 minutes to be told we cant exchange faulty stuff? Where's the common sense

@Arwenstar My nan had a stroke a few weeks back, I begged her in the back of the ambulance to not have any more. She's booked in for poison shot 4 tomorrow 💔😭 I'm so scared for her! She said I know the jab caused the stroke but the virus isn't worth catching 😭

@EssexPR I have no choice to go to A&E minor injurys sadly. I had an emergency operation which requires daily seeing toos by a nuse. Nurses at drs was seeing me, then they started concentrating on boosters. So they send me to A&E minor injuries unit now! I feel awful but what can I do! 😫

@Poundland Maybe further assistance can be given to the staff member on how to treat customers! I must also add, the man on the other till at the same time was really nice. My sister and step dad was served by him with no problems. I can't believe this was all because we wanted to swap >

@Poundland Hi, no further assistance is needed thank you. This woman had an awful attitude all because we changed our minds on the style of bag we was buying to put our items in! Thankfully we don't live in this area and have no need to return to this particular store!
