@smritiirani @MinistryWCD With humble submission you are requested to revisit the proposed draft. To strengthen the implementation mechanism, the Human Resource needs to be strengthen at DCPU AND SCPS level who are instrumental since the last 8yrs for the present scenario of the MWCD today.

@Punjabcpsunion @smritiirani @narendramodi Madam, the Act, Rule, Guidelines framed, revised time to time without a single thought about strengthening the Implementing Agency. Time is not far to get a push back for such irrational decisions.

Doctors have been consulted and children are kept in isolation rooms under the supervision of responsible staff. Visit of Outsiders prohibited.
