- companionship (joy & understanding of others shared)
- penitence (clearing uncomfortable clutter, letting light in)
- healing (carry brokenness)
- anticipation of heaven

Excellent question: when a church is a gathering of broken people who care for one another, how can they be confident in glossy mission...? There is a role for the caring pastor, not 'doctorates with attitude' in the ongoing life of the Church. #UnityAndGrowth
