Started today off with our first XC meet of the season where I got a new 5k PR of 27 minutes and placed 20th. Right after I went to coach my 10U team’s first practice of the season with @UnityCoachMike. After coaching I went right into some throw down practice. Always gotta keep my parents busy! ✝️
