Please invest the public money in hiring a new customer representative team. The restaurant doesn’t have the item in stock and swiggy is not willing to cancel first, then they charged the customer with the entire amount as cancellation fee.

Kindly check your audio logs - there were 5 calls made to the customer service along with the restaurant manager, and the team was unwilling to even talk. They kept cutting the call.
Is there a way we can post this on any consumer complaint forum on their unwillingness to provide refund.
They cancelled the order on restaurants’ request btw.
Then when the restaurant cancelled it on their end - they are not allowing refund to us. We had to call the customer service countless times to get our refund - they chose to cut our calls everytime. Thanks to the bakingo folks - they were patient and were on call with us.
