Michigan's record for early voting was 11,000 in one day.
Today is the first day of early voting in Michigan -- and over 100,000 people have now voted.
And there are still several hours left to go.
Texas has had tons of new residents in the last four years and Republican efforts to prevent significantly few illegal votes may very well bite them in the ass. These folks have lived yet 42 years. I moved to this town in April. It will be interesting to see…
Just had an interesting voting experience in small town Texas. I showed up early during work hours for a second day in a row. Yesterday the line was also around the building and I needed to pick up the kids from school by 3pm so I opted to return. Line around the building again.
Recently changed my address and ID. After an hour of waiting and the line wrapped around the building I was the first to vote. It will be interesting to see how many people show up and how many provisional ballots and disenfranchised voters are seen by the end of this cycle.
We flew over Hurricane Milton about 90 minutes ago. Here is the view out the Dragon Endeavour window. Expect lots of images from this window as this is where I’m sleeping while we wait to undock and return to Earth.
Timelapse coming in a separate post.

Look beyond the result of today’s GA abortion decision, and you can see Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney stake out a broader, methodological position, especially in the footnotes. 1/
@MartyBo09598705@ZionDarkwood@RossKneeDeep I can’t help but wonder how the assassin attempt on trump right before the Republican convention would have worked out in an alternative world. So much about it doesn’t add up but the timing makes more sense for Rs than Ds
My mother is not much of a Trump fan (she was before covid) She started leaning Trump due to her Support of Kennedy. She did a 360 after the recent debate. Remembering that he’s thin-skinned, undisciplined and ego-driven. My Father and Father in law are still pro trump. 🤷♀️Texas
Let’s give Kamala the win, but I haven’t talked to a single Trump supporter or undecided who said “yep, I’m now I am voting for Kamala after that” Have you met anyone who switched?
