Not only should this be supported - but the logic of this needs to spread.

If these are emergency times, and emergency measures are required, then tenants and workers and students should take their own emergency measures - meaning rent suspension, action for pay etc

This is a rent scam, it was clear a 2nd wave was coming, yet the students were still told blended learning. Now it’s suddenly remote learning, students would have been safer at home. But that wouldn’t get the uni rent!
