NEW: Last week, the DOJ added 6 landlords to its rent price fixing lawsuit against a Texas-based company.
According to my data analysis, these companies own at least 52,000 apartments in the Austin area.
The Historic Landmark Commission approved a partial Demo at last week's meeting that was needed for a five-story mixed use project in the 1100 block of West Lynn. There are also two below grade parking levels. The name of the project is 1111 West Lynn.
