🚨🚨🚨 It has now been confirmed by multiple sources that @ImranKhanPTI’s sisters have been on hunger strike in prison for the past 48 hours, protesting their alleged illegal detention and the reported maltreatment of women prisoners. The family has also reportedly been denied access to them.

In a press conference addressing the "misleading, incorrect, and untrue” claims of Pakistan's Minsitry of Information, Barrister @SalmanARaja set out the following facts regarding Imran Khan's sisters visits with him in Adiala Jail:

Since October 16th, 2025, for over 10 months, until the Supreme Court's intervention on August 18th, 2026, Imran Khan's family members have not been allowed to visit him.

One of his sisters, Dr Uzma Khan, was permitted a brief visit on November 4th and once again on December 2nd, 2025. Since then, none of his family members have been able to see him for nearly 9 months until August 18th.

These are the facts. The claims of Pakistan's Ministry of Information are misleading, at best, in an attempt to divert focus from the prolonged isolation of Imran Khan in solitary confinement, with no human interaction, in an egregious and wilfull violation of local and international laws.
