@StanChart great to hear that in India there is no option of the bank to apply credit card online. Banks are moving forward and I think your bank is on reverse gear!

@bankofbaroda - I have got virtual rupay card but not getting OTP on registered mobile number not sure why?

Though for other controls like change in limits etc OTPs are coming, os something wrongly done by bank?

@ICICIBank I have banking account, Credit cards, pockets account and loan accounts ( const, LAP).

But everything shows up except loans under “My Relationships” tab. Is that expected behaviour or some bug?

But, I have doubts on the seriousness of the bank that what kind of service will be given if first promise of the account opening team gone wrong.

I was told that every thing would be delivered in 2-4 days

@ICICIBank - its too much of delay in delivery debit card and cheque book shipped on 31st Jan and not delivered till date.

It is a condition for delivery in Gurgaon, I am thinking what will happen to tier3 cities?

Will they keep on waiting forever?

@ICICIBank_Care Good to hear that bank may take upto 12 working days in delivering the basic necessities like DC, Cheque book post opening a new account that too for a delivery in city like Gurgaon 😎
