@DoubleTree 2 days later and not a word from @DoubleTree #Zagreb beyond a “we’re looking into this” message. I check out today and I must say that apart from the waitstaff at breakfast, I have mostly been made to feel unwelcome by the staff at reception. Our company will not be coming here

So I just checked into the @DoubleTree by Hilton Zagreb and my excitement at my first visit to Croatia has been completely ruined!
Now, I travel internationally a lot for work and pleasure, and spent several years as a kid in hotels because of my dad’s work.

She takes me to the right elevator, & gave me directions on how to use the security box. I arrive at my room and there’s a tray with dirty cups and a dish right in front of my door! I’m here for the rest of the week, I’m very unhappy to be here. @DoubleTree you should do better
