When you direct a film you have seven different unions all wanting different things, you have to find consensus with all of them, and you have to get them moving in the same direction.

Wie gesagt, ich bin auch nicht zufrieden. Aber dafür gehe ich wählen, rede mit der lokalen Politik, versuche Parteien zu unterstützen, die es besser machen können. Nein, die AfD wird es nicht besser machen, wirklich nicht.

Ich weiß, dass Politiker unzufriedene Menschen instrumentalisieren. Ich weiß das aus nächster Nähe: Muslime, die unzufrieden mit der westlichen Politik sind werden genauso von extremistischen Predigern politisch instrumentalisiert - es ist das gleiche Spiel. Ihnen wird Hass eingehaucht, Hass gegenüber "dem Westen", pauschalisierend, kollektiv und auf diesen Hass folgen Taten.

Die Zeit ist rau, sehr rau. Es braucht jene, die diesen politischen Extremismus ein Ende setzen und ihn endlich in die Schranken weisen. Ohne Menschen wie mich in den Dreck zu ziehen. Ohne Menschen kollektiv für Straftaten anderer zu bestrafen.
