@KyleShitposting Doubt anyone was lying. That was probably his initial ask, but there were zero takers. I'm guessing Florida was probably in with 2 @ 6m/year or 3 @ 4m/year. This deal is still $9M more then Florida wanted to pay. Thank you Bob for the 2 Cups.
