1/ This morning, Sheriff Ayub presented a special commendation to Rashad Rahman, a dispatch supervisor in @VCSODispatch. On Feb. 20, during dawn shift, Rashad helped save the life of a fellow dispatcher who was choking & had walked away from her desk, struggling to breath.
