@Airtel_Presence Yes, the adjustment was for the days in July when Internet Services were discontinued from @airtelindia ‘s end. I had paid for rest of the cycle even when I had shifted to Jio. Further details were informed to Cust Care Reps, emailed to you and also attached here. Please see.
@Airtel_Presence I’ve been a postpaid customer for more than 13 years. And, would like to continue being one, except if @airtelindia doesn’t want me to. I wish to pay for the services used,but not what has been wrongly charged due to the fault of your employees or processes. 2 months have passed!
