Many many tears, hours of calls and a meeting with the dean - was emailed an apology, apparently an internal error. She also got a 2:1. This isn’t good enough.

@French_Eddy22 I hope you are getting some comfort from the stories and how much joy he brought. The time up to the funeral is awful. I just wanted to hide but had a wedding and then 3 funerals in the week my dad was buried - in the same cemetery. I don’t know how we managed.
