@dwrowland Any experience on how common persistent low HRV, without persistent symptoms, is? I'm on day 22 and HRV is terrible (so is resting HR) even though I subjectively have felt okay since day 10ish.

@AJKayWriter Yes. Anyone concerned about picking up a bug on an airplane is welcome to protect themselves by wearing an N95, just like I, as a runner, sometimes do when traveling to a race during flu season. I proactively take care of my own health rather than pushing the burden onto others.
