@JoJoFromJerz me either, and I live in Texas. The number of uneducated Texans is appalling. We've been 49 or 50 out of 50 in education for so long that lots of Texans with high school educations just don't understand politics yet cast their votes every time.

@RossKneeDeep yes but only in rare cases. and I agree with you, but I do believe that only if there is DNA proof that you were guilty-or your crime was committed in public with oodles of witnesses-only then should capital punishment be an option. I agree, it can't be fixed once you are dead.
