After responding to the World Trade Center on the morning of 9/11, paramedic Freddie Noboa aided in the rescue and recovery for more than two weeks. Within a year, his health began a steep decline. By 2008, Noboa believed he had "transformed from a healthy man to an old man," taking 23 different medications at any given time.
Noboa created this protest sign filled with empty prescription bottles and used it while advocating at public rallies for the passage of the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act.
On May 30, we’ll mark the 24th anniversary of the formal end of recovery operations at Ground Zero. Join us as we honor the courage and sacrifice of 9/11 rescue, recovery, and relief workers like Noboa, commemorate those lost to 9/11-related illnesses and injuries, and recognize the strength of survivors and the downtown community during a special ceremony.

This psychotic murderer was given “supervised release” by a judge — a repeat offender.
Shall I post the judge who did this, or are we not allowed to criticize? I think I will — and I can. Stand by it’s coming.
•Did the ADA ask for bail?
•Who was the judge, and what did the judge do?
•What is supervised release, and did this person fulfill that obligation? No, because it’s fake.
Mr. Falzone, you are the victim of a failed system — you lost your life because of it. A system of bail reform that has produced 30,000 more victims of major crimes since 2022. A system plagued by woke judges and depleted DA offices.
Mr. Mayor, spare us the slogans about root causes — I just showed you the cause.
REPEAT OFFENDERS NEED A JAIL CELL.
Rest in peace sir.

I think it’s time to stop blaming police departments and local District Attorneys and start holding judges accountable — judges who are woke — and calling them out by name.
I was talking to someone recently who is retired from the bench, and within those circles, judges citywide are afraid of incarceration. They are afraid the new mayor won’t reappoint them to the bench. You took an oath.
Enough is enough. The robe does not exclude you from criticism and accountability.
