The worst: young single tenants, any one that belongs to a union, foreign nationals (Zimbabwe & France big no) ,divorced single mothers with children,elderly couple looking after disabled child, contractors
The best:young professionals with a baby, above 50+ years

Apparently they sell a lot of single barrels in Namibia, for entry level market. Gundealers over there might give you some feedback.

@elonmusk @grok Grok is great: I don't use grok for twitter. But I use it for analysing financial statements - awesome. But I've caught grok making mistakes-It uses false/imaginary reviews of companies to substantiate a report. Also uses fake names of people that don't exist as references. Why?
