🇨🇺| Presidente @DiazCanelB:
¡#Raúl es Cuba, y a #Cuba no se toca! No se toca mientras queden una cubana o un cubano dignos con vida para poner escudo donde el enemigo pretenda poner la bala.

🇨🇺 Cuba’s Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez warns that the charges against Raúl Castro should be viewed in a broader political context, raising concerns that they could be used to build support for a more aggressive U.S. policy toward Cuba.

Letter from the #US@elam_oficial Alumni Association
"We are gravely alarmed by the escalating threat of military action against Cuba — and we say this as doctors, not diplomats.
We have walked the wards of Cuban hospitals. We have been cared for by the nurses, physicians, and community health workers who built that system. We know their faces.
Any military strike against Cuba is a strike against those people, against those hospitals, against the patients lying in beds already without medicine or power.
We trained to save lives. We will not be silent while the country that trained us is threatened with destruction.
We call on this administration and Congress to unequivocally renounce military intervention in Cuba."
Desde diversas latitudes se unen las voces solidarias, para reclamar el fin del cruel bloqueo y de la política hostil del gobierno de EEUU contra nuestra Isla, demostrando una vez más que #CubaNoEstáSola! ✊🇨🇺

When they first arrived in Italy, some patients – and doctors – were distrustful of Cuban doctors, but they quickly realized what millions worldwide know: Cuban doctors are top-notch. Listen to these Cuban doctors in Italy talk about their experience there.

The US is reportedly drafting an indictment of 94-year-old former Cuban President Raúl Castro over a 1996 shootdown of 2 aggressor planes operated by Cuban exile groups that were violating Cuban airspace, according to a US Department of Justice official. So what really happened 30 years ago?
■ The incident in question happened on February 24, 1996, when a Cuban fighter jet shot down two Brothers to the Rescue Cessna planes to re-assert territorial sovereignty, after giving dozens of warnings to the US and Brothers to the Rescue that violations of Cuban airspace would be met with a response. The Cuban exile group Brothers to the Rescue branded itself as a humanitarian group, but in reality was plotting terrorist regime change operations against Cuba and had members trained and armed by the CIA.
■ The news comes as the US escalates its plans for regime change in Cuba, and Trump is reportedly frustrated with a lack of results through negotiations as Cuba refuses to bend on its sovereignty and self-determination of its political system. Similar to their illegal indictment and abduction of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, the US looks to create a legal façade for their illegal military aggression and regime change operations.

Medea Benjamin traveled last march to Cuba with medicine and food for children's hospitals. The U.S. Treasury Department wanted to know everything about it. “This request for information is really just a form of intimidation, she said.

According to Fox News, the U.S. Office of Foreign Asset Control issued “administrative subpoenas” to Hasan Piker and Medea Benjamin when they traveled to Cuba in March to deliver much-needed humanitarian aid amid severe shortages caused by the U.S. economic war on the island.
Iran's Foreign Ministry has strongly condemned the #US' provocative interference in Cuba's internal affairs and its military threats.
The statement stressed that the US economic and trade embargoes imposed since 1960 constitute a direct violation of #Cuba’s sovereignty and the UN Charter, particularly the right to self-determination.
The ministry noted that "these measures have led to gross violations of the human rights of the Cuban people and inflicted widespread economic damage."
In particularly forceful language, Iran stressed that "the illegal and inhumane US sanctions against Cuba over the past 66 years, which stand as the longest-running sanctions regime against any nation, amount to a crime against humanity due to their sweeping impact on the human rights of the Cuban population."
"The US government must be held accountable for committing these crimes," the statement emphasized.
The statement also criticized recent US escalation, including attempts to tighten sanctions and impose a naval blockade on Cuba, alongside "provocative and baseless allegations," aimed at "intimidating and blackmailing the Cuban government."
Concluding its statement, #Iran's Foreign Ministry reaffirmed Iran’s full solidarity with Cuba and the people of Cuba and insisted that "the will of nations to protect their independence and national dignity cannot be broken by sanctions and threats."
It further "reiterated the urgent need to respect national sovereignty, uphold the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of sovereign states, and bring an immediate end to unilateral coercive measures against developing countries."
