So I’ve created a channel “twitch-fraud-ban” on my discord. It’s a place for everyone affected by the recent twitch fraud ban wave. The goal is to create a channel for everyone to communicate and find a solution to our problem.
You are more than welcome to join us (link in my bio)
So, my account is back online!
Here’s exactly what I’ve done so far—it might help someone else.
My account was banned on December 12th with the reason "fraud."
After that, I opened a ticket.
At that time, there wasn’t an option to open a ticket with the reason "fraud," so I chose the general reason "account login issues."
This ticket was immediately met with an automated response, and my account remained suspended.
On January 12th, I was able to open another ticket.
Previously, I always received an error message stating that a ticket was already open.
(I assume that tickets are automatically closed after 30 days.)
In this ticket, I was able to select "fraud" as the reason.
I also mentioned that we have a thread with almost 50,000 views.
The response I received stated that my account is now back online. However, the reply in the email strongly resembles an automated response.
To everyone affected by the "Twitch fraud ban," please write your case and username under this post so we can create a collective thread.
Like, share, and comment.
Maybe this way, we can get the attention we need, and someone will help us.

Happy New Year! I wish you and your families a happy and healthy start to the year.
Thank you for your support and assistance so far regarding the Twitch ban. I’ll keep you updated as soon as there’s any news on my end.
Rest assured, I’ll do everything in my power to help us get unbanned.
No matter the current situation on Twitch, I want to wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and peaceful holidays.
Stay strong and don’t let anything get you down. We stand together, and we will find a solution.
Let’s keep supporting each other and make the best out of this situation. ❤️

@skycycletv@TwitchSupport@Twitch Same thing happened to me. Same ticket response. And I can‘t even open another one because there is already one open. So I guess they just leave the ticket open?!
Dont‘t know what to do.
We should open up a Discord for all the people getting hit.
I received the following message:
"After a thorough review, your account will remain suspended indefinitely because we have evidence of purchase fraud, such as using stolen payment information, abusing Prime Gaming, or misusing chargebacks. In such cases, a suspension will not be reversed."
I don’t even know if this is from a real person or an automated system.
We need someone who can actually investigate this matter properly.
I haven’t done anything wrong—no chargebacks, nothing.
