@bidyut_io its an agent’s memory, you can see what it retrieves, cut out bad sources, and watch how its answers change

document structure, entity mentions and references to other docs

you can just add or cut connections manually if needed after for changes

this one rule in my CLAUDE.md lets a brand new chat pick up where the dead one stopped:

"Docs are updated after every iteration, in the same commit as the work. A chat can restart at any moment, and a new session must continue from the docs and code alone."

see what the agent retrieved, cut the memory, rerun the question and check to see if anything broke
