Had booked a bus of MSRTC(Shivneri)from pune for 10 pm for thane and they made us wait till 12:30 atchandanichowk(pune) anf the office peoplefrm swargate said bus will leave in 10 mins and fooled us . I want my money refund for bus cancellation.@msrtcofficial @GovMSRTC @MyMsrtc
