By leading high-visibility public awareness drives, community rallies, and informative gatherings across the state, Mangalagiri, Yelamanchili, Sullurpeta, Badvel, Kadapa, Dharmavaram, Repalle, Pithapuram, and Palasa Municipalities are engaging citizens directly at the grassroots level to eliminate single-use plastics.

In Yemmiganur, official flag-off ceremonies and targeted campaigns are mobilizing the public and reinforcing the operational presence of RRR (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) centers to manage waste effectively.

Through proactive field campaigns and active distribution of eco-friendly alternatives in public spaces, Kurnool Municipality is directly empowering residents and local businesses to reject single-use plastic items like cups and bags.

In Nellore and Vinukonda, creative and artistic public displays—including vibrant rangolis and messages spelled out with collected plastic—are inspiring local communities to collectively say "no" to plastic pollution.

By organizing collective anti-plastic pledges and official gatherings, Kalyandurg, Narasaraopeta, and Machilipatnam Municipalities are uniting administrative bodies and local citizens under a shared commitment to a sustainable future.

Consistent on-ground efforts by our ULBs are contributing towards the vision of a cleaner, greener, and completely Plastic-Free State.
