@JioMart keeps on disappointing us. The product we returned on 16th October, have not received the refund yet. The the customer service keeps on disconnecting purposely saying I'm not responding
Very poor service from @JioMart.
I ordered some items from Jio Mart. I waited for 4 days and today it says the items got returned due to some technical issue. Now when I'm in need for the items that I ordered should I go to the @DMartSupport,@bigbasket_com or somewhere else?
Disappointing service from @Flipkart firstly selling duplicate products and not being ready to accept the product return saying the window has been closed and now the other product been kept on return from past 13 days and keeping the call on hold for more than 10 minutes.
Please see to it as it is very difficult time for us all to pay such huge amount of penalty where we all are struggling hard to meet our daily needs with all our jobs and business shut down because of the lockdown imposed, specially when there was no violation of any rules.
