Charger Fred-Kate B is now broken. "A" has been broken for over 8 months. Pull your fingers out and get them fixed. Took 18 months last time. Unacceptable. 50% of chargers on site are now broken.
@Pod_Point It’s taken 8 months to get escalated to your “technical team” lol - how about you escalate to the “fix the bloody thing” team. Why does it take so long to repair? Took you EIGHTEEN MONTHS last time.
