@CoachSwit Epidemic for sure... coaches /parents part of the issue... but so are the pitchers. Time to start learning how to pitch and stop "throwing" chasing velo and taking every batter to 3-2... willing to bet those 110 got him maybe 5 innings. This is certainly part of the problem. π
@BaseballDudes48 #14... Develop an Arm Care program that works for you. It will change as your body does but develop one in middle school.
#15... Respect Recovery just like you do playing, studying the game and time spent in the weight room. Learn how your body best Recovery.
