Who is responsible for these deaths?
Sad to say,It's collective.
Both authorities and Indians like you and me are at fault.

Bad roads and infrastructure are one reason. That is there, no doubt about it.

But the real culprits are speeding and careless driving by us during the rush hour period from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Out of all deaths, 58% of deaths are because of speeding and 23% of deaths because of dangerous overtaking.

Your life is in your hands; reach your destination 5 minutes late, but reach there alive.
