I can finally say it: I have passed my PhD defence and thus officially become a doctor in social psychology. This milestone is the result of hard transgenerational and collective efforts. I am thrilled!

I was a presenter, and sent in a pre-recorded talk after a bunch of confusing and stressful emails that started with the organisers telling us that my talk *and the entire symposium* would be withdrawn if I didn't find someone else to present my single-authored work!!
#easp2023krk is over and I'm seeing so many tweets about how great it was. No denying the truth to that, but there's also the not so great truth about how #visa issues were handled.

On my way home from Krakow, fully inspired by the brilliant research presented at #easp2023krk. So many great talks, discussions, and poster presentations. It leaves me with much food for thought for future research 🤩. Thank you for organising this wonderful conference!

Today's decisions from the Supreme Court on Affirmative Action represent a significant setback for Civil Rights in the U.S. and are a cornerstone of the conservative movement's coordinated effort to roll back access to opportunity for systemically marginalized Americans.
I am happy to share that this autumn I will be joining the School of Business at the University of Dundee @UoDBusiness. I will be researching social change from an organisational perspective and teaching research methods and groups behaviour. I am excited!🥳
