Anxiety is an addiction. They don’t know they’re doing this, or maybe they do. But anxious people can get into an addictive cycle of provoking larger and larger fights / creating problems in order to be rescued because it gives them a larger and larger oxytocin fix.
@ofreacharound It’s over-developed mirror neurons and amygdala due to an early childhood with an unpredictable and unstable caregiver. It affects all interactions they have. They can’t be anything else than the five people they’re closest to.
@ofreacharound Most women would knock it off if they felt “safe.” They need 20 other women to have the amount of emotional support they need. There’s no amount of physical safety or financial resources that would make up for not having a community.
@simonsarris Do you have aesthetic guidelines for photography?
I take too many medium portraits in my galleries. A handful of details, but not enough wide environmental shots. This isn’t good
@ofreacharound I think most people will have to start their own cult. If a man owned a business, and only hired based off if he wanted to have a kid with her or not. I think he might be in a good situation. He’s already in charge of her pay check, she’s following his orders, and he’s the owner
Being avoidantly attached is the correct response to the current environment. Adam Lane Smith says 80% of people are either anxiously, avoidantly, or disorganized attached.
Unless your parents grew up with her parents, your spouse is probably fuxxored.
@ofreacharound My father told me that Mission Impossible 2 was his generation’s deep fake scare.
Hollywood showing that the masks were identical and you’d never know.
@ofreacharound@RamboVanHalen I was hiking with my wife once when a pitbull saw our aussie and charged us. I drew my G26 but the owner put himself between me and the pitbull.
Aweful dogs. I also have a bite scar on the left side of my face from a different pitbull.
@emilykmay What makes for a good party?
Personally, I don’t think it’s worth it unless the food is going to be home made. I’m not bringing someone over to have a costco frozen lasagna.
I think a quick card game makes the event better but a movie or long board game is too much.
@ofreacharound Dating apps are old news. I told my nephew (17) to start an insta cityname+music. Go to local music shows and make reels. Mine his followers with give aways.
I had a coworker who ran a cityname+flightdeals page. Hed run give away ticket get aways
@MedGold_ I’m looking for a new thrill. Texting and driving isn’t doing it for me anymore. I told me that I’m going to cut her clothes off with a knife when I get home but I that’s going to get expensive if I do it every day. Any ideas?
@JoloTheTrucker
Do you think getting a cdl to make a hugher income and hopefully save money while I’m waiting to start veterinary school next fall would be worth the investment?
