The failed delivery was not my fault, and I regularly order from Amazon.

But this is not acceptable. The product was marked “Return to Seller” without even one call from your agent. I waited the whole day. Please arrange for a redelivery or give me a way to reorder without delay. Now u blocked my COD without reasons

I never received a call and the delivery agent’s number was invalid.

Please don’t blame the customer for your failed delivery.

I need this escalated to a real support agent, not a bot.
